If you are a native/near-native French speaker and are looking for a career change, interested in Customer Support but don't have a lot of experience, this could be a great chance for you to get valuable experience in the international environment. This a full-time permanent position in our modern office in Cork. If you are relocating from abroad, we'd be glad to assist you with relocation.
As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Airbnb account, you will be providing support to Airbnb customers in French and English throughout their travelling experience with Airbnb. You will be promptly and efficiently dealing with customers who will contact you via inbound phone calls and emails/messages.
You will manage all Airbnb customers requests, changes and cancellations as necessary, troubleshoot, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly and concisely in English and French is essential!
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service
Flexible with working hours & ok with working in shifts
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
